Review: We had an excellent experience, thanks to Alex W. of WeCare Senior Placements. Alex had his hands full working with our family to help place my mother-in-law and he handled it like a champ. Alex was very professional, caring and compassionate and by the time we found the perfect placement for my mother-in-law, Alex was like part of our family. Alex was very present and available for our family for this transition that we were not wholly ready for. It seemed at every turn, another issue would present itself and Alex just took it in stride and ushered us through. He was there for every facility tour with us, any questions our family may have forgotten or not known to ask of the potential facilities (e.g. can we paint the room?), Alex would ask so that we could have as much information as possible to make the best decision for my mother-in-law. Alex also provided our family with other contacts to help with everything from moving furniture to dealing with assets. Alex took our every need and requirement into consideration and dealt with the full gambit of emotions our family was going through. We are truly grateful for Alex and WeCare Senior Placements for holding our hands, wiping the occasional tear, cheering us on and reminding us, that everything will work out, we just need to take it one step at a time.
