Review: SCAMMERS!! We moved my mother out of memory care to a new home because of neglect. We even filed official neglect with the state.That’s not the issue here even: we moved out and they saved our debit account information and are still billing us and we don’t even live there anymore!! We are talking 6k per month!!I’m trying to stop the payments but it is hard!Don’t do auto withdrawal!The only good reviews for this company are people that work for them, not any actual customers!!This is very scary!!

Review: The services listed on the website are not offered at my loved one's location. The rent continues to increase, while services decrease. Repairs have taken nearly a year to get completed in her room. Management and concierge staff have been a inconsistent, frequently changing or positions unfilled and management has been very difficult to reach--Resident care is suffering terribly! I don't know if the other facilities are any better, but this one has gone downhill fast and it's not fair to the residents. I would not recommend it to anyone who needs socialization, structured activities, or support with any kind of transportation. I'd love to speak with someone in corporate about it, since management has been no help, but the website is not help for that either. Very disappointed with their services.

Review: Horribly run place in Laguna Hills. Revolving door with management, staff and servers. Food is so bad and no one listens. No one seems to care. It’s been over 6 years since promised unfinished theatre.Absolutely nothing gets resolved and residents continue to leave. Can’t even reach anyone at corporate. Flooring being replaced with particles in the air in the dining room. It’s been so bad and noisy residents stay in their apartments. I’ve been coughing and sneezing since this started and they’re not finished.Corporate needs to make a visit and LISTEN to some designated residents. Wish I never moved here

Review: Pacifica is terrible.They bought are community and we are getting no info. Even the new property manager knows nothing. 375 total residents here and we cant get info. People are moving out of here daily. Worse transition I have ever seen. If corporate is interested in input, Iam Bob Jensen in Phoenix at Palazzo. They have my number. Stay away.I just posted a review on YELP in Phoenix about Pacifica in Phoenix...known as Palazzo. Read it please. Stay away. I pay good money. The new owners are terrible.

Review: *** Potential Customers Beware ***I am owed a refund from Pacifica Bonita, Ca since August 2024 and still nothing the point of contact & Office Manager Vanessa keeps saying accounting keeps making mistakes with my refund yet nothing gets solved. The Executive Director, Rebecca Toves never calls me back. Can someone please help me with this? It’s been nearly three months now. My mother passed away only two weeks after she left Pacifica Bonita and this is the last thing I want to be dealing with.
