Review: I moved into Friendly Valley Assn 2in2022 and sold in 2024!Do not think this is an investment as a 55-70 years old. The buildings, water, sewer, electrical tree root problems everywhere! You will get no help the issues are hush hush and if they keep the same presidents they are the absolute most abusive people I have ever delt with!Run 🏃‍♂️ away!

Review: Beautiful grounds, and great friendly community. All Mid-Century homes throughout which gives this quaint community a lovely, clean and minimalistic look. A beautiful golf course and a great pitch and putt. It's a very safe community with security.

Review: One of the best places to consider in the Santa Clarita Valley if you are looking for a 55+ home in a secured community. A wide variety of homes there to choose from, if you can find one for sale. Golf course and other home owner association benefits.

Review: They had a crafts fair at Friendly Valley there was an outdoor and an indoor one. Everyone was very pleasant I really enjoyed myself there. And you can find some nice deals. Apparently they have this craft fair which is kind of like a a garage sale as well twice a year.
