Review: Most of the staff were very nice and attentive toward my loved one. Even so, my review is still low because of a few people. First of all, the DON was always so rude to my family. Constantly trying to get her way and had no consideration of what the family wanted. I question her intentions of why she is even in medicine in the first place. In addition, one of the nurses during the night shift decided to be lazy when doing rounds of her patients and used hair spray to hold my loved ones hair together. Little did she know that the hair was stuck and couldn't be undone and had to be cut because it wouldn't stop sticking. The DON of this facility and that one particular night shift nurse has total blame as to why this rating is so low. Otherwise, the rest in the staff did a good job.
