Review: So happy to have finally moved my Mom out of this facility. I have never experienced such dishonesty as I did with the admin staff. They may have good reviews but if you look closely most of them are fake. If writing your own reviews isn’t misleading and dishonest then I don’t know what is. I wish I had spent the time to really look into them before loving my Mom here.5 star review (2nd one in photo attached) is from their marketing director. They reply “We must have done something right to get such a good rating from you. We really appreciate you taking the time!” Oh you mean signing her paycheck?Another 5 star review (bottom one in photo attached) is from the owners administrative assistant.If you really read the reviews they aren’t from family members, they are from people that work there that were asked to leave reviews.Multiple times they missed medications, staff didn’t alert me when changes were made to her medications, they were made aware of medical emergencies and then just went home for the day without notifying anyone (one of these instances ended up with her in the hospital). In the end I needed a doctor’s order written and their executive director told the doctor if he wrote it they wouldn’t allow him back in the facility to see patients. Once I realized just how bad this place was I couldn’t get her out of there soon enough. You should do everything in your power to avoid placing your loved one here.
