Review: I cannot express enough the kindness and peace I felt upon my first visit to Atria Tarzana. I was searching for a new home for my mother, who was relocating from out of state, and as soon as I walked through the doors, I knew I had found the right place.From the moment I met Rafi, I felt reassured. He took the time to sit down with me, asking thoughtful questions about my mother, her preferences, and our reasons for the move. His genuine care and willingness to understand our situation made all the difference. I left that initial meeting feeling more confident in our decision.As we toured the facility, I was struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Staff and residents alike greeted us with smiles and friendly hellos. It was evident that everyone was truly interested in connecting, making even brief interactions feel special. Each moment spent with the staff and residents felt like a gift—a reminder that people there were seen, heard, and cared for.The apartments were just what I was looking for—spacious, well-equipped, and designed to feel like home. We wanted an apartment that included all appliances, plus in-unit washers and dryers, so my mother could feel more at home. Additionally, she needed a handicap-accessible bathroom, and they delivered with a large space for wheelchair access and safety bars. I was happy to know that my mother would have her own space to live in, while also feeling comforted knowing support was available 24/7.I am incredibly grateful to have found Atria Tarzana as my mother’s next home. While transitions can be challenging, I wouldn’t want to make this journey anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend Atria Tarzana to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved ones.
